WARNING !!! Valve use GLS as parcel service !!!

i ordered the steam controller and the steam link. I buyed with credit card. I live in austria. the hardware is delivered with GLS, a parcel service. on 16th october the package arrived but i was at work. the delivery man put the notification in my neighbours mailbox. my neighbours was on 3 week vacation. after he returned i find the notification on my door. GLS send the package back an told me on the phone: s.h.i.t. happens. i cannot refund my money cause their is no option for this case. all i can do is to warn everybody who lives in the GLS operation area.

GLS have the worst parcel tracking system ever. Last week two days after any activity on the "parcel tracking" showed up in my steam account info told me on the 07/11/2015

There has been no updates since.

No confirmation of expected delivery time or even date is ever mentioned. Why on earth can i not view on a map showing the exact current location of my parcel?

My experience with GLS in the Netherlands is that they deliver the package to your neighbours if you are not at home, unless the sender has disallowed this.

Why did they put the notification in your neiighrbours mailbox? By error?
