Valve store (with real-world goods) is closed down

Do you know why it closed down? Will we get another type of site or purchase the goods directly in Steam engine? I could buy Steam deck, so why not merch.

Valve never wanted to produce and sell merchandise themselves, which is why they partnered with forfansbyfans.

Thank you. I just found out yesterday. Is there any Valve merch available elsewhere? If not I hope Valve will get us at least posters as artwork so we can print it.

Officially, not that I'm aware of. Unofficially, a lot of sites have random stuff.

I still hold the HL2 pre-order lithograph of the Citadel as the only thing I know Valve made themselves.

I hope Valve finds a better company to work with and continue selling merch. I literally just found this out while looking for their merch store. Sad to see no viable alternatives.

I found www.teepublic.com - the search is kinds junkie, but they have few items. Then Aliexpress - I have one t-shirt and you have to watch size (+ 2 or one? idk )
but yes, it is hard to find something that looks decent and it is not overpriced on other side of globe.
BTW I also have one Scout 3D printed.. looks terrible

Yeah, if I hadn't misplaced the one I had bought from For Fans By Fans which was waaay cheaper and if I didn't want it that bad I wouldn't have paid that much for it.

To give some update... I was able to buy on TEMU - it is like EU knockoff alibaba a CSGO stickers. The package was also reasonably priced. Like on every purchase I had no idea what to expect, but was nicely suprised. So far I found there few art posters or tin signs.
I just love stickers / decals or t-shirts. So far not so lucky on T-shirts.
