steam points yes, steam level no, and achievements I'm not really sure

I refunded a game I got 100% on and it still appears in my Perfect Games tab. The cards you assemble for badges are not connected to whether or not you own the game.

Achievement and game progression stays in case you ever decide to pick it up again, steam points are refunded. Trading Cards stay as well.
