Reporting works here as well.
Blocking communication has nothing to do with their ability to view your post entries.
For the most part, ignore and report such behavior.
They can and will respond to reports when they do get the chance to do so.
I have reported, they usually do nothing unless the guys a blatant spammer.
Justification doesn't have anything to do with what tools you have and the reliability of them.
Action is not instantaneous.
There are answers.
You just choose to ignore them.
If they do stalk you, report them through their profile page.
