Why are Steam Chat Effects Consumable?
I honestly don't see the point of buying them. I bought the confetti to see what it looks like and it looks great, but I can only use it up to 30 times?

There is absolutely NO point to buying them. Steam, why u do this??

Imagine Confetti going down your chat's screen. But you're only able to do it 30 times for 1000 coins.

so you only get it once and thats it or is it for that specific chat window indefinitely
