PS4 Nacon Controller Trigger Problems inside Big Picture

So i recently bought a Ps4 Nacon Controller, set up the buttons but the Triggers does not work as they should. The L2 Button switches somehow with the R2 one, means instead of driving backwards it goes forward. R2 does not even work at all. After changing (almost) every settings for the Triggers they still wont work at all. Is there a fix or something to make them work as they usually should?

Side note: The controller does work on Ps4 without any problems.

I only enabled it back in 2017 to get my controller to work since some of the options i needed were missing to "normal" steam users.

Anyways if you want to use a 3rd party controller you need to start steam big picture mode and then go into the settings make sure the steam configure assistant is checked. But make sure the controller is plugged in. From there on you should be able to configure the whole layout of the controller etc. If you need further help or something hit me up.
