Same here. For a few days prior to this, I was getting hung on "calculating". Now, It almost immediately tells me I have no duplicates.

ADD - The STM Duplicates Lister tool does properly show all my duplicate items. The Fullsets Calculator tool does NOT show any of my sets.

This is the situation I've been in for pretty much the whole month. I have to imagine it's got something to do with other users not being able to refresh their inventories, so the site isn't able to find matches.

It's a Steam API issue. Robou seems to be working on it, but Steam is being a big stinky about it.
