Album Artist vs Contributing Artist

I like the directory type structure that valve has so far, but one thing is really annoying; the way it handles contributing artists, it sees them as the only artist. I would rather have the song be placed in the album artist only (or in both, that would be nice as well) since any song i have that's a cover/remix gets placed in it's own little world.

please tell me i'm not alone in this?
