Allow friends to see what you're listening to

There should also be a feature that allows your friends to see what you're listening to next to your status or such. That would be a feature I've longly waited for along with this incredible addition of Steam Music!

I'm sure Valve would have the sense to allow friends to disable/enable this feature.

Make it optional, some people prefer privacy, or might just have completly different taste's.

Its a nice optional feature.. but having everybody critize everything I ever listened to or done is kinda one reason why I'm put off using Facebook sometimes. Ad-hoc is the word for a feature like this.
