You should make a ticket in "unsusped request" since this the forum for the Steam SG group. You also shouldn't remove games that you've won from your Steam account.

Steam Gifts moderators don't moderate Steam Trades. They're two different websites.

If you made it in "user report", the moderators cannot reply to it (you also cannot reply to it either). Also, "buying votes"= SteamTrades issue, which the moderators of SteamGifts have nothing to do with, so reporting won't work.

Log out of your SG account and go to your profile page. There you can see the giveaway creators of the games that you're missing. Add them on Steam and ask them to message you the keys.

You can log out, view your profile page, and then add the giveaway creator on Steam to have them reroll if you didn't use the key

When they ban from the site, they're banning you, the person from the website. It doesn't matter if you make a new account because the person controlling the account is not welcome. It would be considered ban evasion and ruins your chances for amnesty completely.

If you activate the game now, and submit a ticket under "unsuspend request" they will unsuspend your account. You should log out of your account and view your SG profile to find out who the giveaway creator is, and then add them so they can send you the key.
