Report a translation problem
Steam checks the login history of the person being invited. If they never logged into Steam at the same location or very near to the person sending the invite it will be automatically declined.
As a workaround you and the person inviting you need to login to the same PC right after each other.
So you log into the PC with your Steam account then switch over to the other person and their Steam account who then send you the family invite.
It will now work since your login history will show you both at the same location.
After you are in the family it does no longer matter from where you login, its just the initial invite that is such a pain in the butt.
