What happens when two people of the same family have a game?
Can two other people from the aame family play it at the same time, as if they were borrowing it from each one of the owners, or only one of them?

If multiple members in a Steam family own the same game then that many licenses are available.
Its even shown in your library, games with multiple licenses in the same family have a number in the lower left corner on their cover art to indicate how many.

Like in this example: https://prnt.sc/i7M_AsR6gbAN

In this case 3 licenses for "Ori & the Blind Forest - Definite Edition" are available in the shared family library which means up to 3 family members can play the game at the same time.
You automatically get assigned a currently available license of the game when you press "PLAY", no matter who the original owner is.
