Its even shown in your library, games with multiple licenses in the same family have a number in the lower left corner on their cover art to indicate how many.

In this case 3 licenses for "Ori & the Blind Forest - Definite Edition" are available in the shared family library which means up to 3 family members can play the game at the same time.
You automatically get assigned a currently available license of the game when you press "PLAY", no matter who the original owner is.
