There is no need to completely replace the existing Family Share
For user with family members scattered across various countries, the features of the beta version are entirely negative, and for some users who hope to share their game library unilaterally or who what their game library to be independent of the sharer, the new features are not applicable.Steam should either retain the existing Family Share feature and set an option for users to choose whether to use the new versions or the old version,or improve the features of the beta version, rather than directly infringing on users' rights.

They already said the old system will be deactivated when this new one leaves BETA.

No rights were infringed as they have every right to modify their services as they wish.

It will not work keeping both services around at the same time for many technical reasons.

This replaces the traditional "Library Sharing on this device"?
Currently I have a long-distance relationship, my girlfriend lives in another country but we used this method to share the libraries by logging in on the same PC and authorizing the accounts so that she could share games with the other. Could this still be done? If it is no longer possible, it is a big mistake...

As far as is known, when this new Family Share system leaves the BETA the old system will no longer work and it will not be possible to share games with people in other countries, only your own.
