Opus Audio Not Playing in Steam Chat on Android

I like to make short clips of scenes from TV shows and movies I'm watching and share them with friends, and I usually use either VP9 or AV1 in a WEBM container. Unfortunately since I use Opus audio the Steam Chat app on Android can't play it (Opus audio plays fine in Steam Chat on Windows).

Discord plays Opus audio just fine on the same device (ASUS ROG Phone 3 with Android 12), as does the NewPipe app for watching YouTube videos.

I can submit a non-copyrighted gameplay video with Opus audio as an example if needed.

OK, so I tried an MP4 with AAC audio this time, and the audio doesn't play in Steam Chat on Android either. Works fine on Windows, but not on Android (same ROG Phone 3 with Android 12).

Does any audio work in Steam Chat for Android?

It's 192 Kbps stereo encoded with FFmpeg 7.1.1. It's nothing complex or abnormal. I'm pretty sure that the following are the parameters FastFlix is using for the audio:

-c:1 aac -b:1 192k -ac:1 2 -filter:1 "aformat=channel_layouts=stereo"
