Animated stickers not animated on mobile chat app

Like this title says, the animated stickers are not animated on my mobile phone. Maybe someone else has better luck?

I don't understand how there is only one thread on this problem.. animated stickers have not worked for me for months on multiple android phones :(

lol also Steam emotes don't even work in chat sentences, on mobile, it literally just spells the emote words out, no images.

I mean wasn't the whole point of the Points Shop, was to get profile features and chat emotes and stickers that would, you know, work in a chat room app?
