Broadcast icon stuck on my homescreen!!!

I've never broadcasted anything, but maybe hit a wrong button, when was testing it out, earlier...Idk, but now all a sudden, the top, middle of my screen, has the LIVE banner, stuck to it!! Sometimes it's red and sometimes it's gray, and when I click on it, it takes me to the broadcasting settings, but I cant figure out, what to do in there, to make it go away!! I even restarted my computer, its still there!! Please help!
