"Full screen" on Steam Broadcasting will stop if I click anywhere on my secondary monitor

Getting an issue where Full Screen stops when I click anywhere else on my secondary monitor.

Steps:
1. Start watching someone's broadcast through steam.
2. Press the full-screen button on the stream to make the video go full screen on one monitor.
3. Click anywhere on the other monitor. This will cause the full-screen to revert back to video + chat.

Desired Result:
Full screen should stay until user presses escape or presses the full-screen button again.

This was my exact first reaction. Move friends stream to other monitor, full screen and continute to chat in IM on other screen. To my dismay the screen re boxed and showed the group chat. having the full screen retain orientation after clicking in another window would be welcomed. Althought, even without it, the in steam braodcasting client is pretty nice.
