Which bitrate setting? Plus minor bug.
Which maximum bitrate should I/we choose in the settings? Default is 2500 kbit/s, but when should we choose higher/lower?

Little bug can be seen here http://postimg.org/image/rpoqwbm8b/
the count goes
3500
2000 <-- must be 3000, right?
2500
2000

But what does it affect on the viewers end? If my home network is used by my voip phone line I Need to save bandwidth for that too, but some explanation of these settings would be nice. Sry for noob questions.

The higher the bitrate, the better the video quality will be. However this comes at the cost of bandwidth and possibly performance depending on the game and PC. There is no right setting since it's affected by other things such as well like if you are playing an online game or if the game is graphic intensive or not.

Too High of a bitrate combined with the resolution being maxed out may also cause the stream to be unwatchable for some viewers if they have very bad internet connection.

I lowered my mine since I want the most fps and ping for my games so I'll recommend the 2nd to last just because I don't want my games to look like trash but I would like them not to play like trash.
