[TIP] how to stream the 'Dolphin Emulator'

now steam can focus the render window of dolphin.



seems steam can't find the 'multi window process'z focus automatly.

PPSSPP is totally find works without any additional settings.

but PCSX2 is using seperate windows, and other FFmpeg video players using other method to render videos.

so, that's are can't stream on steam in now.

Dolphin got Two Audio apis. XAudio and OpenAL.
if steam client can't hold the sound stream from App, then change the Dolphin's Audio Output method.

if still not boradcasting audios,(or wanna using DOLBY Pro Logic2 Decorder to Output Surround Channell) then set the 'record sound from all-in-background' from Steam Broadcast's options.
it's Second Checkbox.

it will using Windows's all Audio output stream to Steam Broadcast.
