Can we get a mute/unmute microphone hotkey?

I ask this simply because this is a very basic feature that I would like to see, as I would like to experiment with broadcasting, but never know when situations may come up that might demand a pause.

Rather then leaving the microphone running when things may be happening, I would like a simple key-binding that allows me to silence my microphone.

I use CAPS LOCK as my PTT button, works alright so far :)

This please, I would love to have this option for streaming. Sometimes I want to be able to talk to people in Twitch chat without having to bother whomever it is I'm talking to on Steam Voice.
