steam broadcast always loading problem??

i have problem with steam broadcast and its always loading without giving me the live aspect of it, i'll say when it will work gimme 30-60mins to check if its just loading time thats just long or etc / wait time..

30 min and i still can't watch a broadcast :( i guess its a bug..

what is happening i can't watch anymore?? infinite loading screen.. help.. fix ??
i can't even reload the page with reload on right click or F5 i'm clicking it like mad and its stuck on loading without being able to reload..

browser doesn't work either so idk really
i can't even go back a page or go forward a page when stuck on loading on broadcast of someone's

I think its an issue that happens on maintenance day for some reason to some people, once maintenance resolves at the end of the day it should fix itself, I'm afflicted by it too.
