Report a translation problem
The problem is that it seems it's something only Valve might be able to fix, seems Steam tries to detect the correct color format or something like that and fails in some cases — with some games...
So the only real solution for now is probably to NOT use the Steam integrated broadcasting for those cases. See this thread on how to use OBS for streaming via Steam infrastructure: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/steambroadcasting/discussions/0/4357871198972309975/
And that thread is even still on the first page of this forum.
I'd still try reporting it to game developers, maybe there's something they can do, maybe not — since i don't have a grasp at the core technical details of this issue.
