Keep in mind that some people can't handle 1080p so the best option to satisfy those with low-end computers is to stick to 720p. Performance encoding will make your stream a bit pixelated but will use less CPU while quality encoding will make the image crystal clear as long as you've set a sufficient bitrate (2000-2500kbits for 720p, 3000-3500kbits for 1080p). Also, it's better if your stream resolution is equal or bigger than your in-game resolution otherwise the downscaling will make text blurry.
