"An unexpected error occured"
My friend is trying to watch my broadcast, but sadly they cant get it to work.

Any help?

I sometimes just refresh the whole page, and it works. I have also had streams that just won't load, and I haven't been able to find a solution to it either.

I've been having this issue for at least two months now. I was able to before. I have no idea why all of a sudden I cannot watch my friends' broadcasts. Nothing in our settings were changed.

lol steam devs don't care (I've been trying in steam support to get this fixed for a couple months now). Live with it ;)

Funny thing is, Big Picture Mode solves the problems. Too bad Big Picture Mode is a pile of shi- Well, yeah. Big Picture Mode doesn't have those issues...

"An unexpected error occurred while playing this video" ...yep, I'm having difficulties too watching my friend play a game. Perhaps it is a divine message. "Stop watching PC games. Instead, feed the hungry, visit the imprisoned, and clean up your room."

Addendum: I re-started Steam and then successfully logged onto watch my friend play.

Opposite is true for me. Works fine on normal mode but on Big Picture Mode not a single broadcast works.
