SBRW is not affiliated with the offline server, fully. What I mean by this is the fact that our development team and the development team of the offline build of NFS World do not correlate. Of course, we are friends/associates. However, we are not the same. Therefore, I cannot solve your problem now. There is no need to worry though! If you want me to, I can contact berkay (the main developer of the offline build) and get you an answer straight away.
From what I can tell, it seems to be a bug. Server bug - it has something to do with your hardware as it is the offline build. However do not quote me on this. I could be wrong. Therefore, if you want, I'll check with berkay on this, for you. Reply to this as soon as possible, if you want me to.
Once again, thank you for asking. I and the team truly appreciate it! Thanks!

Do not worry, a reply will come soon. Within a day or two. For now, thank you so much! I'll keep my comments open for public if you want to notify me through my proifle that I haven't answered your questions. Feel free to do that, if you wish to. :D
Thanks!

(I love this community! Keep on asking questions! Don't worry! :D)
P.S: I want to make it clear that notifying me through my comments section on my Steam profile is perfectly acceptable and can be done. Feel free to do it. Just be respectful and mature, of course. Hope this helps! Anyway, thank you, and goodnight! :D
Error 5 is a known issue. A possible solution to REDUCE the amount of error 5 crashes would be to stablise your internet connection. Right now, we do not have any known solutions to remove error 5 for EVERYONE permanently.
I'll get back to you once we do. Thanks for the question!

Could you please send me a screenshot through Discord or notify me through here which error you are receiving. If you could, this would allow me to further help you with this, in detail.
Here are the list of errors known to be on NFS World:
ERROR 5 - "Can't connect to HTTP-part of server"
ERROR 6 - "Connection Lost"
ERROR 7 - "Something is blocks client connection"
ERROR 10 - "Invaild login-session, try again"
ERROR 13 - "Can't connect to XMPP-part of server"
ERROR 404 - "Not Found"
ERROR 500 - "Internal Server Error"
Here are some of the solutions:
In the case with 6, 10 and 404, you just need to rejoin. No data will be lost!
To avoid 5, 7 and 13, please turn off anti-virus and firewall, because some of the AV software tools have like to block hand-coded applications (as our launcher, for example). Be sure to check your internet-connection.
In case of Error 500, you caught some internal server error. Please, report it (and where you get it) to server staff such as I or Leo.
The freezing issue is a known issue. Currently, our new update has been deployed. If you are still experiencing freezes, report it again. Personally, I have not froze ever since the new update was deployed. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Once again, check for a new update. If your launcher does not update, simply force update it through GL_Update.exe. This file should be located in your NFS World GameLauncher folder. If you require assistance for that, I'd be happy to help through Discord or here.
Hope this issue is resolved for you two. Thank you.

Currently, we have been working on the DB and other stuff. Hence, the server was down. However, iirc, on March 14th, the server was up. Therefore, this is a known bug that can be dubbed as the "Offline server bug". Anyhow, we do not have definite fix on this yet. However, once we do, I'll notify you.

When I updated Nfs, it worked very well but when I started the game on the next day, I had the same issues as before: Freezing after collecting all gems, entering customization market things like aftermarket, going to the car dealer, sometimes after a race and I can‘t use skills anymore.
I don‘t know if I‘m the only one but I just wanted to say.
I still appreciate your work for Nfsw. Thank you very much!
This is not a known issue. Are you sure you are clicking the GameLauncher.exe and not nfsw.exe? If not, could you drop me a screenshot through Discord? Or send a screenshot through here as a hyperlink? That would help. Thanks!

Multiplayer battles are not operating as of now. These are also known as MP races. As of right now, we are currently working on them. Sit tight!

This must be a different issue then. This could be due to your internet connection to the main cloud server of Apex Open Beta. How is your internet connection like from time to time, Hyperator? This will help me understand what is going on. Reply when you can. Hope it helps! Thanks! :D

After a few updates it now works. I have a high ping to the servers but my connection is good.
So it‘s fine now :)
