This is due to the freeroam and race sync. Our freeroam and race sync are perfectly fine. However, due to the high player populations now (example: 500 users on Apex). This has caused the freeroam and race sync to break down a little under the stress of syncing up all 500 players on a massive open world scale. On top of that; sync up 6 players on a sprint race in Rockport. Therefore, in conclusion; we are working on improving sync. Hope you understand - if you don't, simply see it as this. Due to the massive number of players on the server (example: 500), this causes our server's sync to break down under the stress of syncing up so many players at the same time. Hope this answers your question.
Hope to hear from you again, if you have any other questions. Thanks!

This is only my opinion
And another question is after the full version of apex will be released , we will stil have the accounts currently on beta ?
When I tried to play with my friend, we were in the same area/server, but we couldn't see eachother at all. We also couldn't connect whenever we tried to race. Any way I can fix this?
First off; Apex operates as a Cloud server. Therefore, there is a server that you connect to, this server operates under the cloud platform Apex is based on. For EU; the server is located in Frankfurt. It depends on your location. For example, if you live in London, you will be automatically connected to the EU server which is located i Frankfurt. If you're in New York, you'll connect to the NA server. Note; both servers can communicate with each other, so, if you're NA friend wants to play; feel free to join them. Second; as of now, we do not have an answer to that. Once the time comes for the full completion of Apex, we will let the community know.
Thank you for your questions!

Could you send me a screenshot through Discord of the error you're receiving? It'll help me and the team figure out a solution for you. Thanks!

"We couldn't see eachother" - This is due to the freeroam/race sync. Apex has to provide sync to over 500 players. Of course, this is tough, and won't operate one hundred percent of the time. Sorry about that, don't worry though, sync works most of the time. And, for the problem with races; what exactly went wrong? if it was a "Peer Network Timeout", then it is your internet connection. Please notify me if this is not the case. Hope this helped.

These are the list of errors that are known to exist.
ERROR 5 - "Can't connect to HTTP-part of server"
ERROR 6 - "Connection Lost"
ERROR 7 - "Something is blocks client connection"
ERROR 10 - "Invaild login-session, try again"
ERROR 13 - "Can't connect to XMPP-part of server"
ERROR 404 - "Not Found"
ERROR 500 - "Internal Server Error"
You've received ERROR 13 - "Can't connect to XMPP-part of server". Try out the following solutions; check your internet connection or location. Hope this helps. One more thing; if it randomly occurs, it may be due to high player populations. Hope this helps. Thanks for contacting!

Point taken. We'll see. As far as I am aware, it could be possibe. Thanks for the suggestion.
