hey thanks for your hard work in the game really great job i got problem with apex open beta server it connects me to the game and i can see my friends but when i try to buy a car or enter a race the game crash and massage appears server fatal error 13 i turned off my fire wall and allow the game to the fire wall but nothing happens

Hello!

Thank you so much for the report. Regarding error 13 - that is an annoying error. However, there could be a fix. So, this is may be a server-side issue. Many have encountered this issue, with slight differences - practically the same. Sit tight! We are optimizing and fixing any errors we encounter as soon as possible. One more thing; if it is a problem with your computer or connection. Do try to restart your wi-fi router or reinstall the game. However, I do recommend holding on until the next update which will be deployed through our current launcher. Hope that was helpful! Once again, thank you so much for your report. Have a good time.

thank you for your fast reply and hard working i have restarted my router and reinstalled the game but it seems i can only connect when i turn on speedify (vpn)

Oh, always glad to help, Obida! Thank you so much for your kind words. Sometimes, players report that they need a VPN. Oh well, perhaps your location caused a connection issue. Anyhow, glad it works. Hope to see you on the roads of NFS World, soon. c:

Hi there!

First,Iwant to thank you for the hard work you're doing by keeping this game alive!

I want to report a bug that I don't know if you're aware of already: while you're in a teamscape and some of the players get caugth, when that said player reaches the finish line after respawning, he won't finish the race. I mean, he crosses the finish line and can go on, and on, and on.. And when time reaches zero, he'll appear as DNF.

I don't know if you're already aware of it, but I noticed this recently and wanted to make sure.

Again, thanks a lot for keeping this game alive!! :steamhappy:

Thank you so much for your report. We think that is an actual game bug. What exactly is it? Simply put it - it bugs out and doesn't call ""arbitration". An arbitration occurs whenever an event is finished. Therefore, this is most likely a game bug. Thank you for your report. Hope this helped you!

Hey there, I've tried contacting some other guys about this but haven't got any replies since last week.

Anyway, just wondering if I could possibly have my account deleted so I can register again? It's just that I somehow created a driver but the game quit before I managed to buy my first car so now the game crashes everytime I get to the main menu as it doesn't know what car to load. If it could be fixed that'll be great but otherwise deleting my account would be easiest as long as the driver is really gone and I can use the same driver name again. Account email is troy.lim.nz@gmail.com, and it's for the Apex server. The World Online (PL) server is fine. Thanks a bunch!

Hello Troyota, as of now; that may be possible. Please try logging on and accessing the main menu once again. If this fails; we will try to erase your account from the database. We will discuss it amongst the team. Thank you for the post!

Hey Obey, I've tried logging in on the Apex servers but I still keep getting error code 500 as soon as I get to the main menu so I guess will have to erase my account from the servers. Wouldn't affect me at all anyway since I didn't even manage to get to free roam lol. My account is fine on the World Online (PL) though, but the ping is a lot higher for me on that server.

Thanks a lot to you and the team for running this game by the way! Brings back the good old days!

Hello.

First of all, thank you guys for the work you put into reviving this game!

I'd like to report some problems I'm having on the Apex server (AWS):

Sometimes:

1 - Upon trying to login, the launcher displays an error message with something along the lines of "Object reference not defined for object instance" (I'm from Brazil, so the message appears in PT-BR. My translation might be wrong), offering me two options: continue and terminate. If I click continue, the game may succeed in logging me in, but sometimes it will display the message again. If I click on terminate, the launcher crashes.

If I do manage to log in:

2 - I can't complete races. The game gets stuck on the post race screen (where you can see your car and your opponents' times when they finish the race), as the "next" button never lights up. If I wait for a while, the game will display a message with the error "SERVERERROR_FATAL_ERRORCODE_6" and crash to desktop as soon as I click on OK.

Here's hoping you can fix this kind of stuff, because I really wanna play this game again!

Also, I can play without problems on the World Online (PL) server. The thing is, prices are all borked up like they were towards the original life cycle of the game (a VW Scirocco costs 175k?!), plus, not all cars seem to be available. On the Apex server, everything is available for in-game cash and prices seem fair :steamhappy:.

@DemetriusJr About the prices on the world PL server they are actually closer to the in-game prices that the official servers had set back in the day. and everything on the apex server shouldn't be avaiable and shouldn't be so cheap.

First off, apologies for the late reply. Anyhow, you have been trying to connect to Apex, but, you receive ERROR 500, correct? Therefore, this can be an issue with your PC or internet router. Check your router and your PC connection. Another tip for you is to check your Windows Firewall. Perhaps it is blocking the connection to Apex. Next; World Online is based in Poland. While Apex is a cloud-based system. Therefore, this may be the reason why you have a higher ping on World Online. For now; try to solve the issue with my tips. Get back to me if these don't work.

Hello! Thank you for your post. First, the launcher issue is known to exist and we are working on it. We've deployed an update that could fix this issue for some players. Therefore, try it out again! Hope it solves your launcher issue. Second; the next button and crashing after a race is a known issue. If your internet is stable, then don't worry. However, if it is not - then that will cause a lot of the crashes you experience now. Don't worry - we are working hard to fix all these issues. On the behalf of the team - I hope you understand. Hey Obey,

Hope I don't sound rude or anything but as I said in my first comment, the game crashes because it doesn't know what car to load as the game closed before I managed to select my first car so I know the best way would be to erase my account from that server so I can re-register and start new. Also, pretty sure this happened before Apex got put into the cloud, plus I can play on my mate's account perfectly fine.

I'm from New Zealand by the way, which would explain the high ping in the World Online server. It's been quite a while since my problem arised that I've managed to achieve quite a bit in this server so it's hard to change to the Apex server but I'll have no choice if my ping is bad. I've contacted Leo about it, multiple times actually, till he finally replied saying he'll do it when he has the time, yet it's still giving me the error so I don't think he's done it. Yes ERROR 500 may be internet connection related but it may also be other things, and I'm 99% sure I know what the problem is and how to solve it.

I fully respect you and the team for your hardwork, I really do, but I'm sure it isn't that hard to just delete an account from the server. I know it makes sense to check if the smaller issues like internet connection or firewall are causing the problem but I already know what it is and I myself have requested to have my account deleted from the Apex server, because I've made no progress on it whatsoever so it won't affect me in any way.

Sorry again if I came across rude. Well, I'll be honest, I am a bit annoyed as I haven't been able to play with my friends properly because of ping, and I could've put more progress on the Apex server for the last month as it seems to be the main server too. I'm sure you guys can understand.

If you don't understand; make a dummy account, then enter your driver name then once you get to the car dealership screen, exit the game without buying a car then try relaunch the game and you'll see what I mean. Hope that helps. Hope to hear back from you and the team soon. Cheers!

sadly i am having a similar problem where i made an account and exited before i bought my first car. luckily enough it was the second account on there so i still can play off of that one, but it does not allow me to delete the second account. i can hover over the other account and i even made a third account to try out but when i hover over the second account with no first car it immidately crashes my game. i hope you guys can figure this issue out. i love all of the work and effort you guys put into keeping a part of our souls alive with this game.
