I expect a lot of people to be interested in it since AB was a popular Anime.

What are you guys talking about? Angel Beats isn't an eroge. There is no "adult-version". You can't censor things that aren't there to begin with...

Sekai needs to get their hands on it first. The game is due on 26.06.2015 and then they will have devil's own job to convince Key to get them to translate it. I hope it will be easier since they got Clannad in the works.

Until then I will keep throwing money at the screen see if that helps matters.

I think that AB! depends a lot on the success of Clannad...
Key will be waiting for the result and when it is sucessfull it will be easier for sekai to convince them... Also: It's easier to work with someone when you know each other from earlier projects.
