If you approached me when I was 10 years younger, right after I finished the Orange Box and told me that Half Life never got another game, that TF2 got killed by it's own cosmetics, and that Valve did nothing but make gun skins for Counter Strike, I wouldn't believe you.
Really, it makes sense from a business standpoint. They make mad ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bank off this, but it just hurts you know? Some of my favorite moments in games was logging onto TF2, going the custom server where everyone knew me, having a laugh and a ♥♥♥♥ around, then going to bed after a few hours. It's changed so much but I am stuck in the past. I just want a game where I can have a fun time with pals.
