behavior on this server is going ♥♥♥♥..

this is hard to start a game, when game finaly start, there are 1 or 2 quit.. and after the first cap you can add one or two more leavers...

it became impossible to play a decent game theses days.

and i'm not talking about making uneven teams..

8-0 games are waste of time, and i'm not talking about loosing 8-0, there is no benefit to win 8-0 too (maybe to fap on being the cap god?)..

I said the same thing over and over nobody listened to me, lets say we play everyday(from 20h-00h) 1 map less because of the chaos during the shuffle period. that's 356 less matches\year. and I counted the minimum loss coz' you all know we waste more then 15min/night.+ the games during the afternoon= ATLEAST 500games/year. and lets not talk about the unnecessary auto-shuffles after each game. instead of changing a few ppl around to find a decent balance asap, so we can play some good games

slim is right, too many 8:0. imo if a team leads 6:0 after 4min or 6min or 8min the admin should end the match, game is won by KO, lets split up the teams normally. btw what happenes if you dont interrupt the game? it will be 8:2 8:1 or 8:0. 1-2 random noobs will auto quit, server loads the next map. we'll run around like idiots for a few min. again unnecessary shuffles zillion times. then the game starts and ppl start to leave after the game started. uneven games from the start.

we should try to select captains for teams, those captains not gonna have any privileges whatsoever. their only job is to maintain the team balance, and lets not forget ctf is a teamgame, not ffa. time to time we should lock teams 7vs7, I think we can all agree on that when someone leaves we want quality substitutes, not some random jerk who's gonna stay only for 1map+auto votes dueling. <-kill it with fire omg

xokka and slim both got a point....i think we could solve this by even adding more mods (not only turk and dkgz).. Also i hate coming here and see 4 vs 4 match with fuckin 10 specs. If you are about to be afk, please leave so others can join. XOkka any suggestions how would we do it...?

i think some know by advance when teams are uneven and are capable to vote F2 when a reshuffle is asked...

Ppl try to kick me(not any of dis group) for my ping (230-300) by telling abusive words,forcing me to spec or Quit.I cant play coz my playing time is odd...so I have to compromise everytime.....

I said this a few times to dkgz.He didnt not yet install minqlxbot dunno why maybe he is busy. We must say this again to dkgz. I installed minqlxbot on my server and testing. its true guys we need more op/mod/admin . We can fix all of them with minqlxbot.
