For timing I usually go with 1-3 EST. For most American and European LPers thats a good middle point. Makes it a bit rough for Australia though.

Probably wouldn't hurt to set up a few sub forums for posting LPs, General chat, Posting new games you found, etc. We've got reddit for that obviously but having more places to post doesn't hurt.
