BLACKWIDOW ULTIMATE 2013: After login to Windows Enter Key Stuck

The enter key get stuck after logging in to windows ever since I got the Blackwidow ultimate 2013 keyboard a couple weeks ago. It never happens the first time I login to the Windows. It only occurs if I lock it then to return later. The enter key will act stuck and keep spamming whatever is being selected. I have yet to find a fix for this but it is super annoying. Anyone else have this issue?

Issue is still present as of 08/04/2014 with the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013. The firmware update posted by DidUReboot appears to have fixed the issue. Thanks! :)

Just bought my first razer keyboard (chroma) - before reading about this requirement.
Love the HW so far but that account crap sux. The app almost seems like POC quality but thier login / authenticatioin code is fairly mature. I guess it shows what is most important.

I so see "opportunities" btw...

Those of you using the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 with this problem, I got the firmware to fix the issue. Had to get it from a Razer tech since they removed the downloads from the site. This will fix you. I can confirm that it worked for me and 2 of my co-workers.

Finally, I can sleep my desktop and wake it up normally! For the past 6 months I'd have to remember to *click* the login button instead of hitting "enter" so that I wouldn't have this "enter" spamming issue.

I was having the same problem with my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth Edition (2013) and can also confirm that this firmware update has seemingly fixed my problem as well.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for their help. It was starting to drive me insane.

This is an exe so for your own safety you should ensure you have a virus scanner installed. I'm pretty sure it's fine tho!

I have Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 and I can confirm that that firmware update does not my the problem for me.

I tried that firmware over a year ago when Razer support sent it to me.

At every single login of Win7 x64 I get a Windows beep sound on enter press. If I'm unlucky then Enter key is stuck down on auto-repeat.

It's not just Enter though, I have other keys getting stuck down during normal windows use. The only solution is uninstall Synapse. I've tried every version from Razer since getting the 2013 Ultimate keyboard.

I love the keyboard apart from this serious problem!

I had the keyboard for a year and wasnt able to repair it, i sold it and bought a new one and it doesnt happend anymore, definitely a factory problem

Im using BW Ultimate 2012 for 2 years and have the same problem with the Razer software package. But this problem does not exists if I did not install their software. After uninstalling it the keyboard performs well, but without any settings and macros keys.

That's the same problem that I have. The fault only occurs with the Razer software installed. It's been a long-standing fault with Razer that they've never bothered to fix.
Since the new Razer keyboards do not use Cherry keys, I will be looking elsewhere.
