Razer Synapse 2.0 "Link Program" checkbox question...

I created a profile for Civilization 5 to change the directiona keys(up,down,left and right) to WASD and linked it to CivilizationV_DX11.exe. When starting the program it switches to the profile like I was expecting.

However, I was hoping it would only use that profile when CivilizationV_DX11.exe was the current windows program that has focus or at minimum switch back to the original profile when CivilizationV_DX11.exe shuts down. However, it doesn't seem to do either.

Does anyone know if I can get this functionality?

I would like to know too. I'm using the "Link Program" feature to disable my BlackWidow's and DeathAdder's lighting while VLC.exe is open (while watching video) but it doesn't turn back to my default profile when I exit VLC.

Oh hey I found a workaround, all you have to do is link your default/other profiles to Windows Explorer.
Just direct the "Link Program" to "C:\Windows\System32\explorer.exe" and you're set. Since Explorer is also the process running your Desktop, Razer Synapse switches automatically as soon as you exit your game (because then your desktop comes into focus)

Thanks Nullster. Same issue: defaulting to Battlfield linked profile even at startup. Good workaround. Now if Logitech would only remove the completely pointless and annoying "At lest one button must be linked to Right Click [and/or Left Click]" requirement life would be perfect. Guess it's time for a Razer Mouse too! -Matt
