[Workaround] Synapse Empty Profiles
So, I have had a lot of empty profiles in Synapse (Empty as in: No name and could not be deleted)

I finally figured out how to fix it and thought I would share it (In case anyone else get this bug)

1) Switch Synapse to offline mode
2) Close Synapse
3) Open C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices
4) Open the folder named like your razer device (ex: DeathAdder 3.5G)
5) Open Profiles folder
6) Open each file (with Chrome/Internet Explorer/or another browser)
and check it got a <ProfileName> tag
7) if not delete the file (It's an empty profile)
8) Start Synapse (Empty profiles should be gone!)
9) Go to online mode
Done!

This doesn't work for me. I tried your steps 3 times over. The files in my profiles folders are no longer present. When I restart Synapse and go back online the macro's are still there, but also the blank ones that can't be deleted.

You may want to try following Instead of step 7 (AKA instead of deleting the file):

Edit the file and add:

<ProfileName>Profile</ProfileName>

(on a new line after <Profile>)

It's possible you need to edit it in account folder as well:
C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Accounts\[Random Name]\Devices\[Your Device Name]\Profiles

I hope this helps you sort out Synapses Epic Fail.

I want to note that I ended up creating a new account and that works too (but, you'll have to re-create all your profiles)

Extra info:
-You can use notepad to edit the xml files
-Once you reach step 9, you should be able to find all the profiles named "Profile" (formerly empty profiles) and delete them or rename them

Thank you so much for posting this fix! The empty profiles have been driving me insane for months now.

It fixed it too in the location below but I can't go online or else it will simply replace the empty profiles from the cloud so I now keep it offline.

C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Accounts\[Random Name]\Devices\[Your Device

I had 2 empty profile.

1/ Disconect RAZER SYNAPSE

2/ GO TO :
C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Accounts\[Random Name]\Devices\[Your Device Name]\Profiles

3/ Open everyfile one by one and search for <ProfileName>;

4/ if a files doesnt have this lane, you can remove the file.

It worked for me !!!! thanks a lot to this thread;

it's very boring, I have 115 profile and I needed to open +/-90 files (one by one)

If you sort by date it should be ones that were modified in the last day or so. I might be wrong on that but from memory that is right.

Here's a way without the check:

I also have over 100 profiles. With Synapse I have the correct profile files exported. Then I deleted all files in the Profiles folder. And then I have the correct files imported back into Synapse. My 5 empty profiles disappeared without that I had to check each file.
