Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma is too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loud

Hello! I spent 100 dollars on a new headset only to find out that my old one is better. The Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma makes every single system sound such as skype really quiet, while games like TF2 break my eardrums with really loud bass that drowns out every other sound in the game.

What am i doing wrong? I think it's the Calibration feature that is ruining my headset, as i have your Razer Surround feature disabled for my old Razer Kraken 7.1 and it sounds completely fine.

Use Synapse to adjust your custom audio settings, should be under the 'Audio' tab.

I actually found that my Kraken 7.1 sound was WAY WAY to loud.. I know what you mean! But now its fine? wierd

I would say look around on youtube and such for ideal ways to set up the EQ, and other settings, and ALT-Tab out of your game and adjust the Mixer to lower the audio of the game.

its a terrible overpriced headset buy a one thats not razer
