Razer synapse BUG (can't delete "empty" profile) - Help

1/ Today my most used profile disappeared without any reason.

name was : Chrome
linked to Chrome.exe

(I found out that another profile disappeared, his name was : "H&g"

When I checked the list of profile on synapse, I discovered 2 empty lanes :

Those lane can't be deleted. How can i remove it ?


2/ also, I tried to load an old "save file" : naga2012-v1.RazerSynapse

now I have a lot of duplicate profile, is there is an easy way to remove every duplicate ?

Ok i found a fix :

I had 2 empty profile.

1/ Disconect RAZER SYNAPSE

2/ GO TO :
C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Accounts\[Random Name]\Devices\[Your Device Name]\Profiles

3/ Open everyfile one by one and search for <ProfileName>;

4/ if a files doesnt have this lane, you can remove the file.

It worked for me !!!! thanks a lot to this thread;

it's very boring, I have 115 profile and I needed to open +/-90 files (one by one)

I had this problem too. i followed your advice but the profile would just be recreated/redownloaded. instead i closed synapse, opened the files which had no "<profilename>" and added DELETE to the profilename (EG <ProfileName>DELETE</ProfileName> <ProfileName>DELETE2</ProfileName> etc) I then loaded synapse again and was able to delete 2/3 profiles that were corrupt. the third no longer appears in synapse.
