[ S O L V E D ] Razer Synapse Fail Start/Won't Open (No Pop Up/Icon Stuck Tray Icon *gone*)

hi! i got some issues about synapse (won't Open/Lauch/Start,etc.)

so im trying to do some test to synapse, then i got fix that problems...
hopefully it works for u guys...

*Win 10 Tested, Works Perfectly*

just follow this steps:

1. Uninstall Synapse then delete Synapse Folder on (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer) - (Delete all cache/everything about Synapse in your PC/Laptop, remember just synapse *systems, cache, temp, all related to synapse) then restart your PC/Laptop.

2.Download and Install RΛZΞR Synapse

3. After Install, Login to Your Account, Then Let Synapse Connect to Internet, when feature update show (pop up) just ignore, cancel! don't update trust me! let synpase do anything but dont update, wait till synapse show.

4. after synapse show like that, you will get 2 notification on top -leftside your email account.
- RΛZΞR Surround
- Synapse Update

5. click Razer Surround on that Notification then CANCEL !!! DON'T UPGRADE/UPDATE/INSTALL RΛZΞR SURROUND < that the problem why synapse error to launch.

6. after you cancel that Surround, go click Synapse Update, then Update your synapse, wait till done.

.::: OPTIONAL ::. *after finish the update,don't click Yes to Restart or Restart Later, just ignore that Pop Up message, go to: Open Task Manager > Startup > Disable RΛZΞR Synapse (this tips only for CS:GO player, read below)*

7. then Re-start your PC/Laptop from RΛZΞR Pop Up Message, after Re-start, try open Synapse.


Note: already do this on 3 PC (Win 10)... all works perfectly.

Tips for whoever fail Start/Launch CS:GO

RΛZΞR Synapse can block CS:GO when launching (in my opinion).

Do this steps:

1. Steam

2. Launch CS:GO

3. open Synapse only after CS:GO has launched.
