Death Adder Elite scroll wheel lighting not working properly

So my D.E. started having issues showing the color i have on my scroll wheel. For example, when i put it to be white it stays on pink. I ticked the "link both zones" button, put it on static white and the logo turned white perfectly. The wheel went pink. Anyone having this kind of issue?

Hey I found a fix that worked for me at least. Try switching to Synapse 3 if you're running Synapse 2 and that should fix it.

Did you ever fix this? ik its a old post but I have been having this issue going on and off for 2 months... Whats the fix if you've found out?

Hi, what fixed it for me is switching from the old Synapse 2 to the new Synapse 3. Hope this helps!
