Why are protogens disliked?

I am not very sure why, but it seems that people hate on protogens a lot for me. Maybe they're mixing us with primagens? What do you think?

Heard its commonly because they're "unoriginal" while in fact they're like one of the most unique species based on how limited they are yet how much they still have

Not necessarily. im pretty sure they are unoriginal compared to things that came before. Due to their appearance on ROBLOX. the community spiked in numbers by a massive amount.

Now. the problem that even i. a long time member of the community and primagen owner agree with is how overrated and easy protogens are. People can slip right into the community and cause trouble.

Dare i say. Protogens at this point indeed are unoriginal. To the point of wolves and foxes.

If furries had a meta. Protogens would be one of them. definitely easy for newcomer furries to adapt to.

I guess you're right, in a way, I mean, I do see a lot of 12-15 year olds just being like "robot sona edgy cool haha", and yeah, though I don't see why its a reason to say every single one is crappy, kinda exaggerated imo, but to each their own

Not saying all are crappy at all. But by now its overused to where theres no special feeling at all from seeing one. and the various problems surrounding them.

Well. like i said. its that they are overused ONTOP of many other issues surrounding them.

Honestly i just sit around the internet waiting for something to happen. but its still kinda weird to know alot of people hate furries AND PROTOS. SAVE THOSE PROTOGENS.
