Anyone have any good weight gain advice?

Been stuck at a plateau for a while and it's bothering me.

go to your GP and ask for them to prescribe you sertraline anti-depressants - they will likely make you gain weight. personally though, i wouldn't want to gain weight:

these are old photos due to the fact i've gained a little weight since 2022 and haven't taken any new pics. they put me on anti-depressants and it hasn't really helped anything except weight gain

i'll keep you posted on my weightloss journey if you keep us posted on your weight gain adventure. let's do it. i'm tired of not not being in shape like before. we're in the same boat
