Resolutions Thread
I started this thread so we have a unified place where people can post their concerns. In case you have any issues with orders at PlayerAuctions, please post it here. Kindly include the following:

1.) Order ID
2.) Your username, or if not that, just mention if you were the buyer or seller
3.) A description of your issue
Optional: Dispute or ticket number if you have any

For follow ups on disbursements, we just need the order ID.

3) Gold that was purchased and delivered was removed from my account via GM saying the gold was stolen. This was done while I was playing another character on the same account and sent an in game email with Blizzard in the email (can provide screenshots if needed). I have contacted the seller and all they say is "not to return gold to anyone" but I did not return it, it was removed.

Also I looked for the dispute button on the order page and there isn't one. I had already completed the order and left feedback as positive.

I made a thread about it but basically went to purchase gold, said credit card was declines but charged anyways and says i cancelled the thing when i didnt, i have neither recieved a refund or the gold

Hey there, you had good timing. The payment to the seller wasn't processed yet, so I put a hold to it so we have leverage against him in case he reclaimed it on purpose. You need to ask Blizzard and get a statement from them that the gold was reclaimed or charged back by the seller, then send it to our support email. Or you can click on "Help Center" at the bottom part of our site; Sorry our email and URLs are filtered here and I don't want to bypass Steam's policy.

Hello there, hope you don't mind I deleted the other thread to keep things organized. I asked our finance team and there was no payment made to us. The seller didn't reclaim it, Blizzard removed it from my account saying it was stolen gold. I also have the email from them and in game email saying they removed it. I will send screen shots when I get home from work this evening.

3) Current Order Status: Disputed Delivery Fully Completed. I'm waiting for the refund, but it says:
"Refund Status: Queued for immediate processing"
"Refund Time: Now being processed"
How come the pay is processed instantly, but the refund takes time? I'm waiting till the end of this day and I will report the issue on Paypal.

Sorry for the wait. I checked on our logs and the refund has been processed already. And yes, the refund takes 1 to 2 business days since there is also some processing time on PayPal's end; sorry about it. And contrary to that, even payments take 1 to 3 business days. Refunds are usually faster. I'm sorry but I would advise against enacting chargeback cases on PayPal; Our policy is to suspend accounts with chargeback cases as it negates our mediation process. If you encounter something like this again, message me here or add me on Steam so you could message me directly and I'll be happy to help you out. :)

I'm honestly baffled. I was scammed and the account was retrieved. Even after the dispute, it was closed in favor of the seller. I even bought insurance from you guys and bought 3 accounts previously from your website. The seller provided ONE photo as evidence, whereas i provided much more proper evidence. I would like to hear from you guys immediately through steam PM's. The first account i bought, i got scammed. I realized my mistake and purchased insurance. Still no support from playerauctions. 90 dollars is not a joke. The seller even claims he is the original owner of the account. If he is, then why didnt he reclaim it and give it back to me in case of theft? Do you guys have like a deal with him or something? Look at the seller's profile and you can see he sold the same account taht he did to me to 3 others. I will be disputing through PayPal as well.

3.) I sold an account, but it has been past the due date for my disbursement amount. I now have the "Disbursement Status:Queued for immediate processing" and "Refund Time: Now being processed." I have never had this problem before as a seller, and I'd like to know what does this mean. Thanks.

Disbursement has been released for order 3493575. Sorry for the delay, the payment fell on a Friday and unfortunately we can only release payments during business days. I checked the logs and this has been paid to you yesterday; sorry to keep you waiting.

Hey there, please check ticket 90790; You still need to provide two documents, and our agent has already responded to you about it (the reason for the documents is mentioned in the ticket thread). Once you're able to do that, your payment will be queued back.

Good Morning. DanJosbet here.

I'm sending this email to ask for support due to an issue that I want to address about my payment of an account that I sold the 6th of Feb. The account was from Tibia to the user "nacho2188". (ID order #3524485)

The whole sell was made by the system that PlayerAuctions offers to make the selling secure and safe for both sides. The account was sold for 60$, so PlayerAuctions got a cut and they take $8.18 due to the Secure Order Processing Fee. Perfect. In other words my part is $51.82 as it should be.

I left 7 days of insurance, meaning that my payment distribution would be the 16th of Feb, at least in my country would have been the 16th Feb 2am. Decided to wait with patient since I do trust the website thanks to some friends.

It's almost 10am and the payment is on the status "Now Being Processed" when... Worries me a lot. I already left all my Paypal information so the money could be sent and still nothing, and honestly I do need the money.

All my Paypal is fully filled and correctly added, and yet they don't send the money. Already sent a email to support and they haven't replied yet. I read a lot of people that has suffered very bad experiences with this kind of situations and I don't want this to happen since I do really need the money.

Can help with this, please.

3) - order is fully completed and my disbursement was appointed for today at 09:30, but now is 18:30 (and counting) and status is still "Pending" and no payment is made yet.. I never had such delay to my disbursements before, is there a problem? When can I expect to receive my payment?
