I think we should organise a series of tournament-style LF4 matches (probably using a spreadsheet or a clever person to work out how it would work) to work out who our best 4 players are... then we could use our dream team to have an organised match against another small clan.. what d'ya say?

Ok. As requested by garbo, everyone can now create events and make announcements. I trust everyone but if it gets abused/spammed then you risk loosing the ability.

You can do, but there are problems doing it that way. You have to have a good net connection with a large upload speed which most people don't have. Dedicated servers have about 100Mbps+ upload, average home user only has about 1Mbps. Usually if you try to host a game yourself, everyone has a laggy game with a massive ping, because you don't have enough bandwidth. Also, with 'create server', if you disconnect/close TF2 then everyone else would get disconnected as well . Hate to sound like a pain, but that's just the way it is ;(

Can't you just 'create a server' on the menu screen? or am I being stupid again?

We could just invade a pub server ;) Actual dedicated servrs are very expensive to rent, you usually pay about £1 a slot :/

yeah tf2... and pates chat. for tf2 we'd need a server password me thinks and a small map.
