Filling up ranks

So we'll keep the server whitelisted for awhile at start. All of you already listed in are allowed to recommend new players to join us. However if you have been invited to this group by me you are already whitelisted to the game.

We had minor yet surprising issues with trying to preserve profiles during a map wipe. Old information from the previous map stayed with the profiles. Technically it's a walk in the park, but from the "avoiding possible problems" -point of view I say no. We welcome you anyways with a fresh face.
