The only tip I can give is to tap lighter which will let you tap faster and keep stamina longer.
If he/she were to do that and improve tapping that way he/she would lack skill in aim so all of the work would be for nothing. Saying with standard would be wiser decision if you are going to continue playing. Working on improving 1 skill and just that skill will result in you hitting a wall because you can't do anything else.
Sure playing more standard will benifit more if one wants to get better at standard. However I would assume this person mainly wants to know how to increse your speed in tapping.
Speed won't do anything if you can't aim and I'm assuming he wants to play standard
