Should I force myself to use a tablet
i've been using the Logitech G502 mouse for Osu. I have a Bamboo tablet, but I'm not really good at using tablets. I heard tablets are better for jumps and stuff like that

Should I just train myself to use my tablet? Or should I just keep playing with my mouse?

I have a g502 and the ajoining logitech mouse pad which i used for a while. Though using the mouse was fine, i just found it alot easier and i guess more fun using a tablet (I got the huion h420 or the osu tablet (the pens weight is a bit much...)). I was horrible at using it for the first 3 hours (as i was intending to have a 7 hour session with it to get used to it) but it improved and i got to my normal at that time 3.3 star or 3.5 star skills i was before the tablet and i've enjoyed it ever since (tho the pen is annoying as i fidget with it from it's uncomfortable weight)

If you have some extra money, I recommend picking up a Huion rechargeable pen. It's a hell of a lot lighter than the pen that comes with the H420 and has a long battery life.

I was the same way and I got a tablet, it's the best decision you could make if you don't want to do mouse anymore. I like tablet much better because there is no drifting unlike mouse. I started out with the Huion h420, and got a rechargable pen for it. Just a few months ago, I upgraded to a Wacom ctl480, a much better tablet. However a drawback to getting a better tablet is the cost, so if you don't do any drawing, you should stick with the h420.

tablet is waaaaay better, trust me. i don't seriously play standard anymore, (i main 4k mania now) but if you plan to use a tablet, make the active area on the tablet small, because using the whole surface is just too hard. making the active area smaller will make jumps so much easier, as well.

Tablet IS NOT better than mouse. The thing that matters is personal preference. The difference between mouse and tablet even for someone who would benifit from one over the other is miniscule, the improvement will at most gain you 2-3% of your current rank. If you're not a 4 digit or better player, mouse vs tablet does not fμcking matter.

It's honestly up to you and if you have the money for it then sure!

I personally think the game is more fun with a tablet because it feels like how the game is supposed to be played. From 2014 to March 2017 i used to play with mouse, but i didn't really open the game that often, only once every month or so. I didn't really like the feel of the game. One day, I found my tablet that had been in my drawer for over a year without being touched, so I plugged it in, changed the screen portion to a nice small size, and gave it a go.

Needless to say, I was very bad at first but after a week or so of playing, I got much better, and I felt like i liked the game more. I think this picture sums it up best http://i.imgur.com/EbC4yb5.png

If you're willing to buy something that may or may not actually be better for you, Then sure. I was able to start tablet easier since I started using it at level 40. If you change from mouse to tablet at a higher level, It's usually harder.
