False positive restriction

It has been 10 months since my restriction and osu still thinks I deserve it. I sent an appeal to them but it seems that they're ignoring me. Any suggestions on how to get unrestricted? Please help. Thanks

whats the reason for this restriction? ^^

First, sit down and think for a short while. Have you used any third-party cheating utilities or any other programs to try and get an edge over other users? Have you been making multiple accounts or otherwise violating our community rules?

I've already tried but it seems that they didn't notice or they're just ignoring me. They're accusing me that I've cheated. I think I was restricted because we live on the same building with someone who cheated (he was actually totally banned fromm the game tho)
