Problems with a couple of games in Nucleus Coop, please help!

Okay, so firstly,
*All games here I'm trying to play 2 player vertical split screen*

Saints Row 3- Everything launches perfectly, both instances start up and resize perfectly, however both screens are zoomed in. You can see the start menu perfectly but when going further into the menu the sides are cut off. I've spent hours messing with the graphics trying to fix it but nothing seems to work! Also, when trying to set up a co-op game i can't seem to get it to connect or find another player at all. Any ideas? I've searched through forum after forum to no avail!

Stardew Valley- This is a tough one, I've tried a lot of different things to get this to work, including downloading the StardewModdingAPI and Universal Splitscreen and the Window resize mod, but i'm still having issues, honestly it's too much to attempt to write here, so basically if anyone has an hour spare to help try walk me through it, I'll be making and sending you a badge of honour!

Starbound- Okay this isn't so much a problem as it is a question, Is it at all possible to add controller support to starbound and have it work in Nucleus? Don't have a spare keyboard but i'm dying to play this with my boyfriend!

For saints row 3 that is just how the game display at that custom resolution, try horizontal split-screen, stardew valley now has native 4 players splitscreen.
