Yeah that doesn't work with most things. If someone wrongs you, you will remember. Like if someone killed your brother, but you didn't figure out who till six years later, eh we'll just let it slide, its been six years. :/
Credit where it's due, he probably worked pretty hard on that map, and that was a kinda scummy thing to do, but murder is different from someone claiming theft. sorry to this dude for what happened to him, but yeah just let it slide
This doesn't work. Letting people get away with things encourages them to do it again. Especially allowing larger groups to steal or threaten smaller groups or single people. There is no balance of power there.
