Left 4 Dead

I finally have gotten the navigation mesh to work without the "Map is unplayable" error for Left 4 Dead maps. This fixes many problems but not all but this still means much more progress can be made and much quicker when the tools are officially released. If anyone wants to do some small playtests when I have more maps available let me know.
