Is it cool to help other players by recycling items you loot off random dead bodies? Sometimes I find tones of stuff and bring it to the new players. It's legit but also helping alot just don't wanna cross any lines here

Question, In the event of a greifer destroying a base at spawn with complicated structures, are we allowed to rebuild it? I am guessing yes, but I would like to be sure.
